The Buoy Master: Keeping Hong Kong’s Waters Navigable
For nearly four decades, Andrew has directed the maintenance for Hong Kong’s critical marine buoys under five successive government contracts. From overhauling 2-meter navigation buoys to installing complex weather and harbour mooring systems, he has personally overseen the handling of approximately 150 buoys annually. This work is essential to ensuring the safe and efficient passage of vessels through some of the world's busiest and most challenging waterways, making him a true guardian of Hong Kong's maritime infrastructure. 

The Salvage Specialist: Precision Under Pressure 
Andrew is no stranger to high-pressure operations beneath the surface. He has led numerous ad-hoc salvage missions, recovering wrecks and repairing critical vessel components like rudders and propellers. His teams are pioneers in underwater non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspections, blending grit with scientific precision to keep vessels afloat and operations running smoothly. He has consistently delivered flawless CCTV, cleaning, and recovery projects under the tightest of deadlines.

From tender preparation to project execution, Andrew has played a pivotal role in shaping Hong Kong’s unseen underwater infrastructure. His expertise has been critical in projects involving seabed formations, pipeline installations, and land reclamation for key government entities, including the Highways Department and Water Supplies Department.
