As the founder of Leung & Wan Solicitors, he operates at the intersection of international finance, corporate law, and cross-border dispute resolution. His career is defined by his ability to navigate the complex legal structures required for global asset management, corporate restructuring, and foreign direct investment. His appointment as a China Appointed Attesting Officer by the PRC Ministry of Justice underscores his authority in bridging Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese legal systems.
