Leadership Philosophy
"Precision underwater breeds vision above. If you want to future-proof the marine industry, start by mastering its foundations."

Founder & Chairman of GBAYCIA
Ricky Ng spent 40 years bridging two expertise areas: deep-sea diving operations and infrastructure engineering. He co-authored global diving safety standards, engineered Hong Kong's airport waterways, and built underwater operations systems. As GBAYCIA Founder & Chairman and Chief Maritime Advisor to the International Maritime Commercial Mediation Center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (MCMC), he applies this rare combination to the Greater Bay Area's marine tourism strategy — ensuring that the region's maritime ambitions are backed by both operational precision and a credible dispute resolution framework.
